1 Head Cabbage
1 lb Hamburger
2 Chopped Onions
1 C Rice
½ C Water
Tomato Puree
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage until tender; Drain and separate leaves. Combine hamburger, onions, rice, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Place one teaspoon of mixture on each leaf. Roll leaf over filling turning ends under to secure. Place in a deep skillet or pan. Add puree and water. Simmer one hour or until rice is tender.
