1 Large Can Pineapple Tidbits, Drained (Save Juice)
2 C Mini Marshmallows
½ C Sugar
1 Tbsp Flour
1½ Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Egg, Beaten
1½ C Peanuts
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
3 C (2-3 Large) Apples, Diced and Unpeeled
Directions:
Directions:
First Bowl: Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate.
Second Bowl: Mix flour, pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, and egg. Cook until thick. Cool and refrigerate.
Mix Cool Whip and sauce.
Add all ingredients and refrigerate.
