Salad Ingredients

1 Bag Baby Spinach
1 (16 oz) Can Bean Sprouts, Drained
1 (8 oz) Can Sliced Water Chestnuts
4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced
4 Slices Bacon, Fried Crisp & Crumbled
1 (30 oz) Can Chow Mein Noodles)

Dressing Ingredients

⅓ C Cider Vinegar
¾ C Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Catsup
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 C Corn or Canola Oil
1 Medium Onion, Chopped

For Salad:

Tear spinach into bite size pieces. Crisp bean sprouts in ice water for 30 minutes. Drain well. Combine all ingredients (except noodles). Add dressing to taste. Top with chow mein noodles and enjoy.

For Dressing:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and thick.
