3 c. crushed peaches
2 c. blackberries
6 c. sugar
½ tsp.cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. bottled lemon juice
1 pkg. certo

Directions:
Directions:
Measure sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Set aside. Combine fruit and lemon juice in large pot. Whisk in certo until dissolved. Stirring frequently, bring to a boil over high heat. Add sugar and spices. Stirring constantly, return mixture to a full rolling boil; boil hard 1 min. Remove from heat, skim off foam. Ladle into jam jars and seal.
