6 slices thick bacon
6 chicken breast, deboned and slightly grilled
6 slices of onion salt and pepper to taste.
ginger, pinch on each pieces of chicken
2 cans mushrooms, with liqued
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium fry pan, fry bacon until crisp.Remove bacon and chop. Save bacon for later time.
Place chicken and brown in bacon grease on md. heat.
Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Place a pinch of ginger on each piece of chicken.
Spread equal amounts of mushroom soup on each piece of chicken.
Add mushrooms (with liquid) on top of chicken.

Cover pan and cook on high for 10 minutes. Lower heat to medium and cook for another 50 minutes (covered).
When chicken appears cooked, remove from heat.
Chop cooked bacon and sprinkle over mushrooms.
Serve
