1 Lg. Bag Frozen Hashbrown Potatoes or 6 Lg. Potatoes, cooked and diced
1/2 C. Butter or Margarine, melted plus 1/4 C. Butter or Margarine, melted for Topping
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 C. Chopped Onion
1 Pint Sour Cream
1 C. Shredded Cheese
2 C. Corn Flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together 1/2 cup butter or margarine, soup, onion, sour cream and cheese. Add potatoes. Spread into a 9“ x 13“ cake pan that has been lightly greased. Combine 1/4 cup butter or margarine and crushed cornflakes. Spread on top of potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes.
