Ingredients: 6 peppers 3 red/3 green for diversity 1.5 lb lean ground round beef, turkey, or chicken 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup grated romano or more - more is better 1/3 cup chopped parsley 1tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic) optional 1 cup diced sauted bella mushrooms 1 cup diced sauted vidalia onion salt/pepper/basil/oregano as needed 2 cans hunts tomatoe sauce 1 dash worcester olive oil adding red wine to the sauce is optional...and delish

Directions:Halve the peppers and hollow them out...after washing properly Separate bowl..add beaten eggs, romano cheese chopped parsley, worcester and spices to ground meat Saute onions and mushrooms in pan and add to ground beef mix folding in gently Place peppers in a olive oiled baking dish Stuff peppers to the top and pour the hunts tomatoe sauce over the peppers and add a little more grated cheese on top drizzle with olive and oil and ground black pepper Cover peppers and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender. Remove cover last 15 minutes.
Serve with easy garlic bread or pasta.
