2 cans crescent rolls ( 8 oz. each)
1 can corned beef (12 oz.)
1 can sauerkraut (16 oz.), drained
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Open the cans of crescent rolls and with them make 8 rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet.
Portion the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing into the center of each rectangle. Moisten the edge with water and then fold dough in half. Press to seal with a fork. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake at 400º for 12 minutes.
