7 oz. spaghetti, cooked
2 T. melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. sausage
1 clove garlic
mushrooms
2 T. chopped parsley
5 medium tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 - 1 t. basil
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the spaghetti, butter, Parmesan and egg; spread in a well-greased 10" pie pan. Brown the sausage in a skillet. Add the garlic, mushrooms, parsley and cook. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the Mozzarella and mix. Spread the mixture over the spaghetti. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cut in wedges.
