1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of cooked pumpkin
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, pumpkin together.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix till blended

Drop on greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350º
