4 Tbsp soft butter
6 tsp icing sugar
2 tsp cold milk
1/2 vanilla of almond flavouring

Whip until mixed together add 1 Tbsp. boiling water, whip until stiff, this takes along time then add flavoring. Use on top of your favorite tart that have already been cooked and cooled.
