1 1/3 cups of sugar
1 soup spoon of butter
1/2 package of unsweetened coconut
3 eggs
Maraschino cherries one for each muffin tin
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredient together with fork , except cherries. Grease muffin tins add one cherry in each, pour mixture over cherry. Back 350 degrees for 25 minutes or when light brown

Serve upside down
