potatoes - 1 per person (red)
olive oil
vegetable seasoning (Club House La Grille)
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, leaving skins on, cut into 8ths. Coat well with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with seasoning, add salt and pepper. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Spread potatoes evenly on cookie sheet. Bake @375º for 45 - 60 min.
