2-3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut in bite-sized pieces
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
1 pound seedless grapes
3/4 c. sliced celery
1 c. slivered cashews
1 c. mayonnaise
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. lemon juice
Bibb lettuce
pineapple chunks
Mandarin orange sections

Directions:
Directions:
Slice water chestnuts and add to chicken with grapes, celery and half of cashews. Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly with chicken mixture and chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with remaining cashews, pineapple chunks and Mandarin orange sections.
