1 C. Butter or Margarine, softened
2-3/4 C. Sugar, divided (2 C. for cake, 3/4 C. mix with cinnamon)
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 Eggs
3 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 C. Sour Cream
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 C. Chopped Nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients (except cinnamon) and mix well. Blend in sour cream. In a small bowl mix together 3/4 C. sugar and cinnamon, then add nuts and mix together. Pour half of the cake batter into greased Bundt pan, then sprinkle the cinnamon, sugar and nut mixture evenly over the batter. Pour remaining batter on top and bake till done (test by sticking a toothpick in the center and when it comes out dry, it is done), approximately 35-40:min.
