4 cups mashed potatoes(about 8 to 10 large potatoes) or 4 cups prepared instant potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 ( 8 ounces) cream cheese,softened
1 teaspoon minced chives
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter,melted
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine potatoes,sour cream,cream cream ,chives and garlic powder.Put in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.Combine bread crumbs and butter: sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.Top with the 1/2 cup cheese and serve immediately.
