7 C. Sliced Peeled Tart Apples
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 C. Chopped Pecans
1/3 C. Brown Sugar, packed
3 T. Sugar
4-1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 T. Corn Starch
1/4 C. Caramel Ice Cream Topping, room temperature
1 Unbaked Pie Shell, 9”
3 T. Butter, melted

Streusel Topping:
3/4 C. Flour
2/3 C. Chopped Pecans
1/4 C. Sugar
6 T. Cold Butter
1/4 C. Caramel Ice Cream Topping, room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl toss apples with lemon juice and vanilla, combine pecans, sugars, cinnamon and cornstarch, add to apple mixture and toss to coat. Poor caramel topping over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Top with apple mixture, drizzle with butter.

Streusel Topping:
In a small bowl combine flour, pecans and sugar, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over filling. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until filling is bubbling and topping is brown. Immediately drizzled with caramel topping. Cool on wire rack.
