⅔ c. sugar
3 or 4 bananas, mashed
pinch of salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
3 T. melted shortening
3 T. milk
2 c. flour

Mix ingredients together. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until done.
