2 c. Flour
¼ c. sugar
¼ c. shortening
½ large yeast cake
1 T salt
1 ¼ c. water
1 egg.

Sugar Mix
1 c brown sugar
⅓ c. melted marg.
2 T cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and add 1 more cup of flour. Turn out on cloth and knead in 1 to 2 more cups of flour. Place in bowl. Cover with damp cloth. Let rise until doubled in bulk Knead down again and put in refrigerator to raise again. Make into little balls and roll in sugar mix. Put in angel food pan. Bake at 350 until done.
