Ingredients:
1 cup Pecans, or Walnuts, chopped
½ cup Maple Syrup
3 cups All Purpose Flour
¼ cup Sugar
1 pkg Quick-Rise Active Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Warm Water (120-130º)
6 T Unsalted Butter, softened/divided

½ cup Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Raisins (optional)

Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in water, 2 T butter, and the egg. Beat until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining flour until a soft dough forms. Place in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Grease a 9"x13" baking pan and spread nuts and syrup evenly over bottom of the pan.
Roll dough onto a floured surface to a 12"x15" rectangle. Spread with remaining butter. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins, if desired, and sprinkle over dough. Start with the 12" side and roll up tightly. Cut into 12 slices and place cut side down in the prepared pan. Cover with greased plastic wrap and place on a wire oven rack, over a large pan of hot water. Let rise until doubled (35-45 minutes). Remove rolls and water pan and preheat oven to 375º. Uncover rolls and bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
