2 lbs. halibut - poached or microwaved - shred with fork.
2 medium cans chopped green chilies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 T minced garlic
1 T jalapeno juice
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 cups mayonnaise

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a crock pot, mix well and heat until all the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with crackers.
