Finger Licken Chicken Recipe

Flower Grandma


1 2 lb. chicken
1 can mushrooms (I use fresh mushrooms)
1/2 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. MSG (I don't use this product)

Combine dry ingredients. Put in paper bag.
Cut chicken into serving pieces , put in paper bag of dry ingredients and shake well to coat chicken.
Put in casserole and cover. Bake at 400F for 1 hour. Uncover and baste well with Bar-B-Que sauce
Add can of mushrooms. If using fresh mushrooms fry them first.
Put in oven uncovered and cook for another 20 minutes or until crisp.
