4 Eggs, hard boiled
1 lb Sausage
1 Egg, beaten
1 T Flour
½ cup Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Shell the hard boiled eggs. Press sausage into 4 squares on a floured surface. Wrap the eggs in the sausage meat, making sure they are completely sealed without any spaces or cracks. Brush with beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs. Bake in a 350º oven for 20-25 minutes.
