1 medium onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
1 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
2 1/2 cups fresh green beans
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 tablespoon A-1 Steak sauce
1 cup diced carrots
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 large potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Cut and cook beans. Cook carrots. Saute onion and ground beef until meat is browned and onion is soft. Drain off fat. Add undiluted tomato soup, beans, corn carrots, A-1 sauce, salt and pepper.Place in casserole dish. Peel, cut and boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Remove from heat, drain, add milk and mash well. Let cool slightly, then add beaten egg and mix well. Cover meat and vegetables with mashed potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted.
