1 cup butter, softened
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
2 cups white sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Blend butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
Add the sugar and beat until fluffy.
Slowly blend in the two cups of flour until completely combined.
Add the apricots and chocolate chips and blend by hand.
Drop by teaspoons onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
