3 cups Frozen Hash Browns
¾ cup Monterey Cheese, shredded
1 cup Ham, cubed
¼ cup Green Onion, chopped
4 Eggs
1 can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk
¼ tsp Black Pepper
⅛ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Coat a 8" square dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in dish. Sprinkle cheese, ham, and onions. Beat eggs, milk, salt, & pepper, and pour over mixture. Cool in fridge several hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 55-60 minutes.
