1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 1⁄2 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 1⁄2 lb. Lean Ground beef
6 tablespoons Flour
3⁄4 teaspoon Salt
1⁄2 tsp Onion Powder
1⁄4 tsp. Pepper
dash Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine remaining ingredients reserving 2 T of tomato sauce. Place in pan and cover with foil. Drain fat after 30 minutes and cut through meat loaf. Pour reserved tomato sauce on meat loaf and cook 30 more minutes. Cool a bit before serving.
