1 lb Hamburger
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1/2 C Raw Rice
1 C Celery, Diced
2 C Tomatoes
3 C Raw Potatoes, Sliced
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions, Pour into casserole dish, Cover with layers of
rice, potatoes, celery, and beans. Pour tomatoes over top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour of until potatoes are done.
