1 lbs Beef Ribs
1 lbs Chuck Steak
4 Chicken drum sticks
1 lbs Smoked Ham steak
1 Yuca
2 Platanos
1/2 lbs butternut squash
3 carrots
1 lime
Half yellow Onion
1 Green Pepper
2 Head of Garlic
2 tbs Orégano
1 Cup Cilantro
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp curry
1/2 tsp coriander
3 tbsp annatto oil
2 tbsp salt
3 tbsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup water
2 stock of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs and chuck steak into chunks and place on a crock pot for 8hrs on high or until tender add enough water.
Do not let the meat to shred.

Transfer ribs and chuck steak to a large pot.
Remove bones from ribs.
Add chicken drums and stock broth.

In a blender add: Onion, Green Pepper, Garlic, Orégano, Cilantro, turmeric, cumin, curry, coriander, annatto oil, salt, seasoned salt, water and squeeze lime.
Add to pot and bring to a boil stirring constantly.

Cut steak ham in thick slices and add to pot

When chicken is tender and falling off the bone remove all bones from soup

Add squash and when tender mash into the water so it dissolves.

Cut yuca and carrots into thick slices and add to pot.

Taste soup and add more salt if need it.

Peel plantains: you can make plantains into ways depending on preference.
1- Grind and make small balls
2- cut into thick slices
Add to pot for 20 minutes and cover.

Serve hot
