For the crust:

1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 sticks butter (12 T) softened and sliced

For the Filling:

1 8z. pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanila

Topping:

Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and fresh kiwi

For the glaze:

3 oz. of frozen limeade concentrate
1 T cornstarch
1 T fresh lime juice
2 T granulated sugar

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

For the crust:

In a food processor, combine the confectioners sugar, flour and butter. Process until the mixture forms a ball. With your figures press the mixture into a 12" tart pan with a removable bottom, taking care to push the dough into all of the indentations. Pat until the crust is even. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool. For the filling and topping: Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust. Cut the strawberries into 1/4" slices and arrange around the edge of the tart. For the next circle use the kiwi slices, continue with the rest of the fruit till all used up.
In a small saucepan melt the limeade and add the juice, sugar and cornstarch. Whisk till smooth over low heat. Let cool and with a pastry brush brush on tart.
