1/2 lb Pork, Diced
3/4 lb Veal, Diced
1/2 lb Beef, Diced
2 tbsp Fat
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 C Celery, cut into 1/2" pieces
1 Onion Chopped
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 C Water
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts (10 1/2 oz)
1 Can Bean Sprouts, Drained
1 Can Mushrooms (2oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats in hot fat; add soy sauce, 1 C water. Simmer 2 Minutes, Add celery, onion, Simmer 1 1/2 hour.
Blend cornstarch, water; stir into meat mixture. Add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, & mushrooms.
Heat through. Season to taste. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
