6 ©Junket tablets dissolved in ¼ C warm water
⅔ gallon milk
10 eggs
1 qt half and half
1⅔ C sugar
4 TBSP Vanilla
sprinkle of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to lukewarm. While warming milk, beat eggs very well in large mixing bowl add sugar and half and half beat well and add salt and vanilla. Beat well. Pour egg mixture into warm milk continue to warm and add dissolved Junket© and water stir well and pour into freezer, add milk if freezer is not full. Let set 10 minutes then begin to freeze.

For richer ice cream use 2 qts of half and half and decrease milk.

Jerry loves to make ice cream at the family gatherings and always comments that we sure don't eat ice cream like the Coverts do because he makes 2 freezers full for his family and we don't finish one.
