Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
As a kid I remember that we always had pumpkin pie for Thansgiving and cousin Sandra had her own pie because she did not want cinnamon on the top.

When John and I were first married and we would have Sunday dinner with Gramma she would send left overs home with us. John was offended, didn't Gramma think he could feed me? I told him that's just how Gramma was. This continued until Thanksgiving when we got ready to leave and Gramma asked John if he got his pie. He replied yes I had plenty with lunch, she replied no I mean the pie I made you to take home. After that he understood what it meant to have a Gramma.
