4 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 T. vanilla
1 T. rum
2 cups bananas sliced
2 T. melted butter
4 cups milk
Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup bananas
2 oz. rum

Directions:
Directions:
Pudding:
Cut enough bread into 1-inch cubes to fill a greased 9"x11" cake pan. Layer bread and bananas into pan. Drizzle melted butter over bread. Mix eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and rum to combine. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes, slice and serve with sauce.
Sauce:
Warm saute pan over medium to high heat. Add brown sugar. Once brown sugar starts to melt, add butter and swirl to melt. Add bananas and toss to coat. Add rum. (Carefully light, if desired.)
