1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced or 2 tbsp.
1 lb. frozen meatballs
1 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes or rotel, undrained
I c. (or can) enchilada sauce or chili sauce
1/4 c. beef broth
I 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
I pound load spicy or regular processed cheese (Velveeta)

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion and garlic in slow cooker. Top with meatballs. In medium bowl, combine enchilada sauce, chiles and beef broth. Mix well. Pour over meatballs. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
