1/2 C. Butter or Margarine
1 C. Milnot
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp. Vanilla
1-1/3 C. Coconut
1 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large microwave pan for 1 minute. Blend in Milnot, egg yolks and vanilla. Cook on 80% power 5 to 8 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes. Add coconut and chopped pecans mix well.
