2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1 green onion
1 T olive oil
1 T maple syrup
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
4 salmon sillets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 10 ingredients and marinate salmon for up to 30 minutes... saving some for basting.
Drain fillets and place skin side down on greased grill rack.
Cover and grill over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
