Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a recipe given to me by a friend we had while living in Alaska. It quickly became a favorite of ours for salmon.
She and her husband moved there from Texas to become managers of a campground. Her husband was Grandpa's fishing buddy during the time they spent in Alaska. Her name is Mary Jane Weigel.
