Ingredients:  
1 (4 pound) pork shoulder roast
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dried oregano
16 flour tortillas
5 cans beans, rinsed and drained, (black, pinto, white, kidney, red)
Water as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Add spices and green chili. Pour a little water in bottom of pot. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. When roast is tender shred with forks. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
