1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 T chopped parsley
1 lb. ground beef
¼ t salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cups mashed potatoes
¼ cup fine, dry bread crumbs
¼ cup shredded mild cheese
cooked, sliced bacon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly ½ cup of soup, beef, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Press firmly into 9 in pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with potatoes. Top with remaining soup and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or more until done. Garnish with bacon.
