4 ½ tsp yeast
½ cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 cup milk, warm
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
4-5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, water, 1 tsp sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes until yeast is bubbly.

Mix milk, butter, salt, ⅓ cup sugar, egg. Add into yeast mixture.

Add flour, one cup at a time until dough pulls cleaning away from side of bowl. Kneed for 5 minutes, adding flour as necessary. Dough should not be sticky, but soft.

Cover and let rise 10-15 until doubled.

Punch down and shape into rolls.

Set aside to rise 10-15 minutes.

Bake at 350º until golden brown, About 15 minutes
