1 round loaf of bread (like Italian or sourdough round uncut loaf)
2 C cheddar cheese
12 oz pkg bacon, diced and fried to crispy bits
1/2 C butter, melted
1 packet ranch dip mix (dry)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread in horizontal slices, 1" apart, without slicing all the way through the bottom of the loaf.
Rotate and cut across the slices in the other direction -- making 1" squares.
Place loaf on sheet of foil on cookie sheet.
Stuff cheese between each square.
Stuff bacon pieces between each square.
Melt butter in microwave and stir in package of ranch dip mix. Mix together well.
Drizzle butter mixture over loaf.
Sprinkle more cheese on top.
Bake at 350º for 15-20 mins.
