1 pkg lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c oil
1 tsp lemon extract
1/3 c confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Into a large bowl add cake mix and stir in eggs, oil and extract; blend well. Drop a spoonful of dough into a bowl of confectioners sugar. Roll around until dough is lightly covered and then place the ball on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake full sheet 6-9 minutes. The bottoms will be light brown and the inside chewy.
