Notes: My good friend, Pat Sills gave me this recipe. It’s wonderful as a snack and also to add to salads. I used to make these for my Mom as a Christmas snack. She asked for the recipe and started giving them to family at Christmas. My sister asked for the recipe and gave it to a friend in Vermont who sells them at her store. They are someone addictive, especially when they are warm out of the oven. Try not to eat them all in one night.
