1 ½ cups pecans toasted & chopped
2 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 ½ tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 2.25 jar dried beef
4 chopped green onions
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Toast pecans for 6-8 minutes Cool
2. Medium bowl cream together, next 6 ingredients
3. Chop dried beef and onions add to cheese mixture then whip until blended
4. Mix in cheddar cheese by hand
5. Shape into a ball wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours
6.Roll chilled cheese ball in toasted pecan pieces serve with crackers
