1 cup roasted and
unsalted cashews
4 tablespoons of gluten
free breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground
cumin
1/4 teaspoon smoked
paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground
black pepper
4 tablespoons grapeseed
oil
4 (6 ounce) Grouper File

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place cashews, breadcrumbs, allspice, cumin,
smoked paprika, salt and pepper in food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped. Place mixture in bowl.
3. Rub one tablespoon of oil on fish filets. Roll fish in
nut mixture coating fish on both sides.
4. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick sauté pan
over medium heat. Add fish and lightly brown fish
on both sides approximately 3 minutes on each
side.
5. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray, place
browned fish filets on sheet pan and bake for 10-15
minutes until fish is cooked through and flakes
easily.
