½ to 1 lb. Prawns or extra large, raw, deveined shrimp per person
2-3 small red potatoes per person cut into bite size pieces
2-3 ears of corn per person cut in half, unless Kyle is eating then add another dozen
Louisiana Crawfish,Shrimp & Crab Boil Seasoning (use 1/2 to 1 whole package when using 42 quart stock pot)

Bring water to boil in large pot with a steam and boil basket (leave enough room in pot to add ingredients w/o water flowing over) add seasoning and potatoes, let boil for 10 minutes then add corn, boil another 10 minutes then add shrimp, boil till pink.

NOTE: Put picnic tables end to end and cover tables with plastic table cloth to make clean up easier. When food is finished cooking dump food on table end to end, add plates of butter, jars of cocktail sauce and salt and pepper.
