6 C. cubed chicken
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C. chopped celery (optional)
3/4 C. chopped onion or flakes
1/2 C. mayonnaise

Directions:
Cook chicken in oven - 375º for 40-50 minutes. Add all ingredients in crockpot. Cook for 1 hour.
