1 box white cake mix
4 Tbl. green Creme de Menthe
1 can chocolate fudge ice cream topping
8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as package directs, adding 3 Tbl. Creme de Menthe. Bake in a 9x13 pan as directed on cake mix package. Cool.
Spread with the chocolate topping. Mix the remaining 1 Tbl. Creme de Menthe with the Cool Whip and spread on top of chocolate. Refrigerate.

This is a fast dessert that is pretty to make for Christmas gatherings. You can even make the cake part ahead of time and freeze and just add the toppings later when you need the dessert.
