1/2 cup butter, soft
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
259 grams all-purpose flour 1 3/4 cups
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sour cream
3 medium bananas,mashed
1/2 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, lemon juice and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
